Amazon has got these Blue Sky 400-count disposable cutlery packs for $7.09 to $8.00 (1.8 to 2 cents per utensil). These Amazon deals are all less expensive than any disposable flatware deals I've seen at Costco (YMMV), which has disposable forks, knives and spoons for approximately 3 to 4 cents per utensil.
