If you've never had a Barnes & Noble membership before, you can request a free 2-month limited membership here.

With the free membership, you get all the benefits of a regular B & N membership, except for the Nook advantage ($25 off the Nook color and $10 off any other Nook).  You will get 40% off hardcover bestsellers and 10% off nearly everything else, as well as free express shipping from BN.com (with no minimum purchase).

When you start your free 2-month limited membership, you must enter your credit card number, and unless you cancel your free membership, Barnes & Noble will charge your credit card $25 at the end of your free membership period and at the end of each 12-month period going forward.
