Tons of $1 or less items at Kroger affiliate stores with their 10-items-for-$10 sale

Kroger affiliate stores, (including King Soopers here in Denver) are having a 10-items-for-$10 sale on select items.  You can mix and match the items, but getting the $1 price per item is dependent on buying these in 10-count increments.  (UPDATE:  for this sale, you DO NOT need to buy ten items to get the $1 price.) When you use coupons to get reduced or free items, keep in mind that many Kroger stores (like King Soopers) do not allow you to use more than five coupons on the same product in one transaction (unless you get a really nice cashier).
  • Scotch Brite sponges, $1:  use the $0.75/2 coupon from 12/11/11 or 1/8/12 SmartSource Sunday insert.  Since King Soopers doubles coupons up to a dollar, this coupon will automatically become a $1/2.  Buy two sponges and get one free.
  • Hunt's Snack Pack 4-count, $1:  use the $0.45/3 coupon from the 1/1/12 SmartSource Sunday insert.  The coupon will double up to $0.90 for the three items, giving you a buy-2-get-1-for-$0.10 deal.  You can also load the $0.50/1 Kroger e-coupon (does not double) to give you one $0.50 item.
  • Manwich 15.5 oz. can, $1:  use the $0.50/1 Kroger e-coupon (does not double) for a $0.50 product.
  • Vitaminwater:  use the $1/6 Kroger e-coupon, and buy 6 Vitaminwaters for $0.83 per item.
  • Angel Soft 4-regular roll pack: use either the $0.45/1 or the $1/1 coupons from the 11/13/11 Red Plum Sunday insert.  The $0.45/1 coupon will double to $0.90, giving you the item for $0.10.  The $1/1 coupon will give you a free product.
  • Brawny, single roll, $1:  use the $1/1 Facebook coupon here for a free product.  Remember to print this twice with your back button.
  • Gum crayola toothbrushes:  if you happen to have the January edition of Health or the December edition of Parenting: School Years, in either magazine there is a $1/1 coupon for this toothbrush, giving you a free product.
  • Krogers store brand half-gallon milk, $1.
  • Arm & Hammer UltraMax or Essentials deodorant, 2.5-4 oz., $1.
  • Chobani yogurt, 6 oz.: print the $0.30/1 coupon here (print it twice), which will double to $0.60/1.  Each 6 oz. yogurt will cost you $0.40.
  • Barilla pasta, $1- use the $1/1 coupon from the 1/8/12 SmartSource Sunday insert, which will give you a free product, or this $1/2 Facebook coupon here, which will give a BOGO deal.
