Wow. I have never seen a brand new Singer sewing machine for this kind of price. Ever. Amazon has got the Singer Tradition 2259 20-stitch sewing machine for just $66.51 with free shipping.
If you've been thinking of learning to sew without making a major investment, or have a daughter who's taking sewing lessons, or are an old hand at sewing and you just feel like it's time for a new machine, I would snag this now, before Amazon pulls one of their infamous price switches. While it's not a top of the line machine, I've read through the reviews and it seems that most purchasers feel that it gets the job done and is certainly well-worth the money. If I didn't already have a sewing machine, I'd probably snap this one up.
