This offer is still available. Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey's Baby’s First Circus program allows parents of babies that are under a year old to register for a free ticket for their child.
You need to register before your child turns one, but the voucher you will receive has no expiration date, so you can use it at any time in the future. Just redeem it at the circus box office when your child is ready to go to the circus.
