Here's how:

1. Select "Auto-Reload," and schedule a reload amount of $100 or more with any American Express Card as your reload method 1/7/13-3/31/13.

3. From 1/7/13-3/31/13, receive an additional bonus of $5 on the Whole Foods Market gift card with every third reload of $100 or more after your initial reload.
