Syms is running a sale now through 2/14/11 called We Love Suits, offering 20% off all regularly priced suits. I just came back from their Paramus, NJ store, very pleased with my purchases. So, I went on their site to get the details of this deal, and I've included the link here to share it with you too. At the store, I thought it was just for boys, but it looks like it's for mens', womens' and boys' suits.

They have a huge selection in every size imaginable. I got a suit for my 2-year-old son, and I'm sending my husband tomorrow to get a suit (or two) for himself, now that I know his department is included in this. They also have a wide selection of prices, so you can cheap-out with a synthetic blend suit for younger kids, but opt for a higher-quality wool designer name product, for instance, for your man, who is far less likely to smear peanut butter on the cuffs. Although I shouldn't generalize...

Their selection of boys' and mens' dress shirts was also vast and reasonably priced. I was able to find dressy dress shirts for my 8-year-old son for $12.99 each. The boys' clothing store in my area sells similar items for no less than $15, and since it's in New York, you gotta tack on the sales tax. In the mens' department, they have sections for each size and cuff type, so it's easy to zero in on what you need.

Not so impressive, though, was Syms tie selection, so don't hope to find anything exciting on those racks. For discounted mens' ties, I always seem to score at Century 21 Department Stores. Too bad they don't run any We Love Ties 20% off sales there...
