I use parchment paper for lining my pans all the time now. And although I'm certainly not the greenest person in the world, why would I want to use something treated with toxic chlorine bleach in contact with my food while it's cooking?

I bought four 71 foot rolls, three for now (should be enough for the rest of the year) and one to put into my Passover stash. Beyond Gourmet parchment paper is under Star-K kosher supervision, and last year, it was one of the Star-K kosher for passover brands.
