It's not clear from the rules whether the $25 purchase requirement is before or after coupons, but I will call their toll-free number (1-888-645-8259) later today and clarify.  Make sure your purchase takes place between 4/26/12 and 5/31/12.

Family Dollar store coupons (including one for $5 off $25) are here.
