Two small but powerful desk fans at great prices

When the air-conditioning at work or home doesn't seem to do the trick (or worse yet, when you have no air-conditioning!), a good strong desk fan is indispensable. Here are two well priced, highly-rated desk fans. I'm leaning toward buying the O2 Cool fan but I like the idea of being able to plug in a fan and not have to worry about replacing batteries, even though the O2 Cool fan has a long battery life.  On the other hand, what a great fan to have when there is a power outage and the AC is completely out!  I'll let you choose:

This Westpointe 4" high velocity personal fan for $14.58 with free Prime or SuperSaver (minimum $25 purchase) shipping.  This fan got 4 out of 5 stars over 96 customer reviews. Here's what one reviewer said:
This fan is perfect for a work desk! Very quiet and sleek looking. Gives a perfect breeze without being over powering. It only has an on off setting (no high/low levels), but that works fine for me. Every one at my office wants one now!
The fan also comes in red and blue for the same price.

This battery operated O2 Cool portable fan is $11.99 with free Prime or SuperSaver (minimum $25 purchase) shipping.  It received 4-1/2 stars out of 5 over 56 customer reviews.  Here's what one reviewer had to say:
This little fan is a powerhouse. I work as a merchandiser and love that it folds and is small enough to fit in my bag, but is amazingly powerful for it's size. I purchase the replacement 2 "D" batteries at Dollar Tree, where for $2 I can buy 2 packs of 3 batteries and that gives me 3 battery refills for this little guy. Right now in Louisiana (as with most of the country) it is HOT. To top it off, my A/C went out. Last night I put new batteries in about 9pm and as of right now (15 & 1/2 hours later) it's still running on that same set of batteries. When you first put new batteries in, on the high setting it is literally blowing enough to force your hair back when about a foot away from you. Of course, over 15 hours later it's not that strong, but probably what you'd get regularly on low. When the A/C went out, I headed to Walmart to buy one of these for my son. He's sitting with his now and loving it. I would recommend this to anyone. If you need a small, personal sized fan, don't hesitate a second. This one's for you.
