UPDATE #2: I want to stress again that I am obviously NOT a posek and you always need to check these things out with your local rabbi. It's been brought to my attention that these corn flake crumbs contain malt flavoring, which is a form of chametz; however, according to the Star-K, it is not considered "chametz gamur" that many people have the custom of getting rid of (as opposed to selling). Please see the Star-K chart over here. I should have chosen my words more carefully and responsibly, but my original point still stands. These are chametz, but not chametz gamur, so chances are you will not have to throw these out before Pesach. Please do your own due diligence in looking into this.
UPDATE: I guess I should have posted this yesterday, but it didn't occur to me until today <forehead thunk>. Some of you have expressed a great deal of interest in this deal, but hesitated getting a dozen boxes of corn flake crumbs only 3 months away from Pesach.
Naturally, I'm not an Orthodox rabbi, (nor do I play one on TV,) so please check with your local morah d'asra for halachic assistance in this matter.

Amazon has got a great Subscribe & Save deal on a 12-pack of Kellogg's Corn Flake Crumbs 21 oz. boxes:
- $15.17 or $1.26 per 21 oz. box with the Subscribe & Save 20% discount (if you're an Amazon Mom member and you take delivery of 5 subscriptions in one month. You don't need to be an actual mother to be an Amazon Mom member.)
- $16.12 or $1.34 per 21 oz. box with the Subscribe & Save 15% discount (if you can take delivery of 5 or more active subscriptions in one month) .
- $18.01 or $1.50 per 21 oz. box with the standard Subscribe & Save 5% discount.
This single box of Corn Flake Crumbs goes for $3.64 at Walmart. Toby G. who sent me this deal, said this item goes for $3.29 in Brooklyn and $3.99 in Dallas. So getting this at a 60% to 70% discount of the supermarket price is very, very sweet indeed.
Corn flake crumbs are one of my favorite things to use for breading chicken with (second only to Panko).
If you are struggling to reach that five-delivery goal so that you can increase your discount, don't sweat it, as I continuously post Subscribe & Save deals under $5.00 (usually more like under $3.00) that will help you reach that goal.
If you're unfamiliar with Subscribe & Save deals, or would just like a few tips on how best to use the Subscribe & Save program, read my shpiel on Subscribe & Save strategies here.
Remember that you don't need to be a member of Amazon Prime to get free shipping on ANY Amazon Subscribe & Save deal...shipping is free for anyone.
