As I was thumbing through the OU's Passover website, I came across THE most practical Pesach cooking substitution infographic that I've ever seen.  (And I was so pleasantly surprised to see that it was written and designed for the OU by my former classmate, the very talented Carrie Beylus!)

Do you know how many times I've tried to (semi-successfully) adapt a recipe to kosher-for-Passover ingredients?  What do I use instead of cream of tartar or confectioner's sugar on Pesach?  <Insert clueless look here.>
