This Pesach, we are trying to move away from baked goods for dessert as much as possible and stick with fruit dishes and homemade sorbets. I know I'll need to bake at some point because of the volume of company we're having for meals. but I also want to focus more on healthier desserts. This "fruit frog" was too cute and too easy-looking to not try to duplicate this year.
