Now "over-the-knee" is a very relative term, which is why it's important to look at the actual lengths. I'm assuming that if a skirt hits a 5' 11" model just at the knee, it will me over my knee on my 5'7" frame, but caveat emptor; it's always good to try things on and see where a hemline actually falls.
