Prime Pantry is a program that Amazon added to its Prime membership almost two years ago. In a nutshell, Amazon Prime members get to add up to 45 lbs. worth of household, food, personal and beauty items to a Prime Pantry box, and it gets delivered to your house for $5.99. The advantage of the Prime Pantry program over, say, Amazon's Subscribe & Save is that 1) you don't need to buy in bulk quantities, and 2) some of the items are very well-priced. The disadvantages? 1) You must be a member of Prime and 2) that $5.99 shipping fee. That awful $5.99 shipping fee.... No. Just no.
So Amazon is running a monthly promotion where you buy 5 Prime Pantry items from this selection, enter promo code PANTRYMAR at checkout and they will waive the Prime Pantry $5.99 shipping fee. Ok, yes.
So typically, what I do to get that shipping fee waived is to sort through this selection and come up with five shipping-fee-waiving items that are great buys. But this month, I don't have to do any sorting, because Tide is on the list of shipping-fee-waiving items and this deal on Tide is crazyawesome! Check this out.
This Tide Plus Bleach, HE Turbo Clean Liquid Laundry Detergent, 46 fl oz. (pack of two bottles) is priced at $7.05 with a $2.00 coupon, which comes to $5.05 or $2.53 per 46 oz. bottle of Tide. This is an AWESOME price on Tide detergent. Sadly, that $2.00 coupon can be used only once, but even without the coupon, this is still an excellent deal. You can order 5 of these (10 bottles) for $7.05 x 5 = $35.25 minus $2.00 = $33.25. That's an average of $3.33 for each 46 oz. bottle of Tide or 7.2 cents per oz.. Whoa. And since you're buying 5 items off that list, the $5.99 shipping will be waived (make sure you enter promo code PANTRYMAR at checkout).

(By the way, it could potentially get better, because Amazon has brought back the $5.99 Prime Pantry credit that Prime members get for selecting No-Rush shipping on Prime items. The $5.99 Prime Pantry credit goes into your Amazon account once the No-Rush shipping item actually ships. That would bring your total down to $27.26. I opted not to wait for the $5.99 credit because I am too nervous about the price of the Tide going up, and I think the pricing on this deal is fantastic enough.)
