While we are not diabetics, I do collect diabetic-friendly dessert recipes because I like to bake using as little sugar as I possibly can. This free diabetic dessert guide called Sweets & Treats has two delicious-sounding sugar-free cheesecake recipes that I'm going to try out for Shavuot. The recipes use Splenda, but I think I'm going to try using Stevia instead.
