Guest Brag of the Week: 8 free college tshirts

Dear Daily Cheapskate,

I've never written to a blog before, but I had to say thank you and add my own "Brag picture."  I follow your blog and take your recommendations very seriously.  I like your blog better than the other savings blogs because you almost always show how a deal is a good thing by showing the same item on another website for more money, which to me, makes the argument for the deal.

Anyway, a few months ago, you posted a freebie on My Coke Rewards (which my wife and I joined because of your blog) that I didn't see anywhere else, the one for 8 free college teeshirts.  My wife didn't believe that we would get them and said that a freebie like that was too good to be true and she made fun of me for putting in the codes.  Well, she was very happy to be proven wrong because we have eight kids and now we have an extra item to put into each of their Hannukah presents!  Here is a picture of our eight free Coca Cola college teeshirts.  The last one came today. 

Thank you for doing what you do.  We are a large family and have had many financial hurdles this year and you have really helped us in the money department.

Wow, Jonathan, your email made my month!  I'm so glad you got all your tshirts.   Our tshirts took a while to arrive, but we got them too!   It makes me really happy to know that writing for this blog is actually helping people (sometimes I wonder...) and I so appreciate your sharing this with me, Jonathan.  Happy Chanukah!
