Zicam is giving away free samples today, but you'll need to share this information with a Facebook friend in order to get one. Click on the Zicam Facebook page, like them, click on the "Free Sample" tab on the left, and then follow their directions to get your free sample.
Make sure you remove their app from your Facebook profile (by going to your settings) after you've requested the free sample.
