This is one of Amazon's "side" Gold Box Deals of the Day for today, 2/19/12: get the Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex Desk 1.5 TB External Hard Drive (model #STAC1500100) for $89.99 shipped. Coincidentally, I've been shopping for a larger back-up disc for the last few months and Seagate is a great name in hard drives, so I pounced when I saw this, but just in case you're not sure of what a good deal this is, let's do a little comparison shopping. The same hard drive is $189.99 on TigerDirect and $139.99 at Costco.com. If you need a large external drive, get this now, as the price disappears when the day is done.
