Amazon has got the MaxiMatic Elite Platinum 8.5 quart slow cooker in stainless steel for $24.99 with free Prime/SuperSaver shipping. I hesitated to post this because it's not a common, tried & true brand, like Crock Pot or Hamilton Beach, but it got very good overall reviews, and other stores, like Kohl's and Walmart carry it as well. It got 4.2 out of 5 stars over 29 customer reviews (21 of those were 5 stars). This is a great price for a fairly large-capacity slow cooker.
