I have tried several different baby carriers but I am most impressed with this one. It has comfortable padding over the shoulders. It distributes the baby's weight evenly throughout so either my wife or I could walk long distances without any complaints. It also has a higher weight limit than our other baby carriers which was nice as our baby grew older, although he is still well below the weight limit. Baby seems to be comfortable in it too, whether he is rear or forward facing. The only thing that would make it perfect would be to be able to release the baby without having to lift the baby upwards out of the carrier while sleeping. However, this is still an excellent product that I would highly recommend!
