Many thanks to my sister, P.G., for letting me know about this. It's a little late in the game, but if you are thinking about running out and getting the very practical Blumenkrantz Pesach Digest on what you can and cannot buy on Passover, why not just download the app instead? It's just $6.99, less than half the price of the book, and contains the most recent updates. It contains all the product lists including; Cosmetics, Food, Non-Foods, Medications, Health & Beauty, and Pet Foods. Please note that it does not contain all the book's content, just the product lists and the zmanim (which is what most people usually need from the book anyway). It also contains a very useful search feature (try doing that with the book). Plus, if you've got it on your iPhone, you can take it shopping with you without having to remember to bring the book.And (I'm not 100% sure about this but) I believe that once you purchase this app, you'll have it for future Pesachs to come, whereas the book is only good for the current year. (Don't quote me on that; they might charge a once-yearly fee for an update, but it's unlikely.)
