I know just about all of us are done buying appliances for Pesach, but as I was unpacking my small appliances, I found my beloved Pesach electric skillet, and I went online and sure enough, it was less than what I paid four years ago.

With all the extra cooking I do over Pesach, my stovetop is constantly full, and the skillet gives me a extra place to whip up a stew, side dish, matzoh brei, even eggs.
