Last year, a few of you emailed me about finding good, heavy-duty, clear table covers to put over your Passover tablecloths. Pesach is challenging in that we have two festive meals each day, usually with guests, but can't do laundry on Chol Hamoed. Unless you own lots and lots of tablecloths, it's hard to start each meal with a clean, attractive table. Oh, those awful grape juice stains and matzoh crumbs...
I hate using those disposable, flimsy, plastic tablecloths. Besides being pricey and not very green, they always end up tearing or pulling, and frankly just don't look very nice.
If you're looking for a heavy-duty clear vinyl tablecloth cover, Amazon has got some great solutions available.
- 70" round, $8.57 (Prime/SuperSaver shipping)
- 70" x 90", $9.00 + $5.95 = $14.95
- 70" x 126", $8.49 + $5.95 = $14.44
- 60" x 84", $9.98 (Prime/SuperSaver shipping)
- 60" x 108", $11.10 (Prime/SuperSaver shipping)
- 60" x 120", $6.89 + $3.97 = $10.86
- 60" x 124", $15.12 (Prime/SuperSaver shipping)
Please let me know if you need other sizes and I'll scout around. And if you do decide to use a clear vinyl tablecloth protector, don't forget to have some fun with Pesach themed decorations-under-the-vinyl, like my friend Talia did back here.
