This pizza screen got 4.2 out of 5 stars over 33 customer reviews. It does come in other sizes, from 8" to 18". Pizza screens work the same ways pizza oven trays do, but they create a crispier crust because they allow the air to circulate around the bottom of the pizza.

I know they're meant for coffee. but I can use them for the platter and lots of other things (desserts, etc.). At slightly less than $3 per spoon, the price is definitely right.
