Shopping off-season is one of my favorite ways to save money. Buy summer stuff in the winter, put it in the back of your closet and then come warm weather, it's new-to-you and a frugal buy as well.
Nordstrom has got this very cute Bow Bucket Hat for only $16.80 with free shipping and free returns.
The free returns policy makes this purchase risk-free; if you don't like the way the hat looks after it arrives, you can ship it back for free or if you don't feel like bringing it to the post office, you can always return it at any Nordstrom store.
