For the absolute best deals, try to find items that are part of Amazon Subscribe & Save so that you can stack the 35% with the 15% Subscribe & Save maximum discount for a whopping total of 50% off!

But it can get EVEN BETTER.  Look for Subscribe & Save deals with coupons already attached to them, and seriously, pay a mere FRACTION of the price.  Here are two examples.

Check out this deal on this 3-count of Ziploc Slider Storage Bags Gallon Value Pack 32 bags (total 96 bags) for $14.40. It's already got a 20% coupon attached to it. So, save 15% on Subscribe and Save, 35% for Prime Day and 20% for the coupon = TOTAL 70% OFF and you will pay $4.32 at checkout (an insanely low 4.5 cents per bag, about a third of Costco's price!)

Here's another deal that's just CRAZYCRAZYCRAZY:
