Amazon Fillers: Add-On items for less than three bucks each

Often I'll hear from Daily Cheapskate readers that they'd like to buy an item and get SuperSaver shipping (if they are not Prime members) but they are only $2.00 short of the $35 minimum, or they are Prime members and want to buy Add-On items and are just a dollar or two short of the $25 minimum.  So I wanted to do a small roundup of  useful Amazon Add-On items that cost three dollars or less that will hopefully help you get towards that free shipping goal.

As a reminder, here are the rules for Amazon Add-On items:  each Amazon Add-On item ships for free with a $25 minimum order if you are an Amazon Prime member (and its price counts towards that $25), or it ships for free with a $35 minimum order if you're not a Prime member.  You can order multiples of an Amazon Add-On item in order to help get you towards your $25 or $35 goal.
