I love off-season designer sales at stores like Nordstrom; it's a fantastic way to save money on higher-end clothing and accessories.   Nordstrom has got this Donna Morgan 100% silk chiffon shawl in emerald, white, blue/green, coral, gulfstream, hint-of-mint, and sterling on sale at 50% off for $24.00 with free shipping and free returns.  It's 20" W x 74" L.  I just bought the white one and when it arrives, I'm going to put it away for summer.  (Major score.)
