Dirty little secret in the DailyCheapskate household: we have an entire kitchen drawerful full of broken and defunct cellphones. I know, I know. (What can I say? We love our gadgets and we have a hard time letting go.) We call it the Cellphone Cemetery. Well, until we get around to donating, recycling, or throwing out the contents of this drawer, here's at least a way to responsibly recycle the Iphone that I bought when it first came out, the one that I dropped into too many cups of hot coffee in my car, until its poor, exhausted, java-drenched hard drive finally died on me.
