Obviously you can use these for more than just citrus slicing.  I bought one to take with us on roadtrips.  The cutting mats are more lightweight than a cutting board, and I like the fact that you can sheath the knives.  Two different colors means kosher-keeping Daily Cheapskate readers can assign one to meat and one to dairy.  Love this handly little set and the price is certainly right.
